PT.A menyewa gedung dari PT B senilai 100 juta.PT B mengeluarkan tagihan sebesar Rp 110 juta kepada PT.A (yang 10 jutanya PPN). Ketika PT.A membayar,maka PT A wajib memotong PPh sebesar 10% (yang sifatnya final) dari dasar pengenaan pajaknya, yaitu 10% x Rp100 juta.
